Mr Lee accepts instructions from claimants or defendants including MPS, NHS Trusts and NHS Resolution. The current claimant : defendant ratio is approximately 50% : 50%.


He has particular expertise in claims which involve spinal cord injury, cauda equina syndrome, multiple trauma, pelvic fractures, cerebral palsy and traumatic brain injury. He is also an expert witness in claims related to ureteric / bladder injury, tape / mesh erosions; and other obstetric / gynaecological / urological complications. He also provides reports on General Urology matters including delayed diagnoses of testicular torsion.
