Mr Lee accepts instructions from claimants' and defendants' solicitors, including the Medical Protection Society (MPS), NHS Trusts, and NHS Resolution. His current caseload is balanced, with a claimant-to-defendant ratio of approximately 50:50.

 

He has extensive experience in cases involving spinal cord injury, cauda equina syndrome, multiple trauma, pelvic fractures, cerebral palsy, and traumatic brain injury. He also has particular expertise in claims arising from ureteric and bladder injury, as well as other obstetric, gynaecological, and urological complications. In addition, he provides reports on a broad range of general urological matters, including delayed diagnosis of testicular torsion.
