This was such an informative post about exercise recommendations for spinal injury patients. I liked how it highlighted the balance between safety and effective recovery. While studying for an online exam related to rehabilitation science, I had a moment where I thought about how tough managing studies can be and wondered if someone could take my online course to help with the workload.
