This expert advice had been presented in a recent meeting in Dublin. The recommendation was made by an international panel. What is unique is this is the first guideline offered specifically for spinal injury patients, in contrast to the one made by WHO for the genera population. There is now some guidance to work towards building muscular and cardiovascular health. Follow this link for further details (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41393-017-0017-3). It is an article in the journal Nature with open free access. For those who do not have time to read the full article, just focus on the preamble section and the actual guideline diagrams, i.e. Figures 1 and 2.

This was such an informative post about exercise recommendations for spinal injury patients. I liked how it highlighted the balance between safety and effective recovery. While studying for an online exam related to rehabilitation science, I had a moment where I thought about how tough managing studies can be and wondered if someone could take my online course to help with the workload. Posts like this really emphasize the importance of structured learning and support.
